Our hotel has been in the hands of our family for over 5 generations, originally set up by Mr Whitfield, the dilapidated building was lovingly restored to its current condition where we have continued to observe his style of decor, customer service and standards but keeping up with technology and safety. .
Our Mission
We follow the rules of our founder Mr Whitfield whom always used to say '"actions speak louder than words". With that in mind however we always keep up with the latest in health and safety standards, our guest care is paramount and we will constantly strive to ensure that the experience of any guest or visitor will be in safe hands. We move with the times and our list of values are clearly and proudly shown at reception
Our Passion
Being part of the hospitality business is no easy task. Legislation, competition, technology and client expectations are forever changing, we believe that our commitment to all of these is the key to our success and has been our cornerstone for over five decades. Every member of our team care about the hotel, its guests and each other, passion is our middle name!
